We know traffic and life happens! If you're running 10 minutes late, we will try to accommodate you in the best manner possible, but cannot compromise on the quality and timely care provided to our other clients. If you're running more than 15 minutes late, we kindly ask that you contact us by phone or text, since we may have to reschedule your appointment. Clients who are more than 15 minutes late will have to have their appointment shortened, and we would never want you to experience anything short of your full hour of relaxation! If we have any other appointments available that day, you may be able to be rescheduled for the same day
Here at Beautiful Skin by Annie, we prioritize the happiness and wellbeing of our clients, and understand that skincare is never one size fits all. If you purchase a product from us and are unhappy with the results, we'll refund you or credit your account for the amount you paid without penalty. When returning and/or exchanging a product, please provide the product in it's original packaging.
